Description

The main idea of this plenary meeting is to enhance possible connections between different cultural institutes - philharmonic, orchestra, museums, festivals, theaters, educational institutes, as well as to discuss options for open communication between organizations, eventually leading to joint projects, forming a global cultural framework in region, which could lead to the long-term cultural development of the territory, increasing of audience number of cultural events, demand growth of cultural and educational figures, as well as reinforcing the positive image and economic development of the region.

During plenary meeting will be raised the question of collaboration between cultural institutes of the Russian Federation and European Union.

Among the speakers of upcoming event are figures of Russian and foreign cultural societies.

The participants of plenary meeting could have a possibility to

-          learn more about relevant ways for elaboration of culture and building a common global cultural awareness;

-          make business and creative contacts with Russian and foreign partners ;

-          discuss questions of integration to the global cultural area of Russia and Europe;

-          get an experience in organizing and running major creative projects in Russia’s regions and foreign countries
